Heidi graduated with a Bachelor, (MS) and Masters degree in Mental Health Counseling from Springfield College, Boston Campus. Heidi is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with over 10 years of experience assisting children and families struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, self-esteem, self-harm, and emotional issues related to separation and divorce within the family.
She also has experience providing individual, couple, and group therapy in the areas of grief and loss, chronic illness, adults living with ADHD, mood disorders, and relationship issues. Heidi utilizes elements of Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Solution-Focus Therapy, and Trauma-Focus Therapy.
Heidi uses a client-centered strength-based approach, taking time to think about a client's situation and meet them where they are, making sure they feel comfortable and safe, and empowering hope, healing, and a positive outlook for the future.
