Robert is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with 7 years of professional counseling experience. He holds an MA from Liberty University and an M.Ed from Suffolk University. Robert treats clients with a wide variety of mental health conditions, including Attention Deficit Disorders, Obsessive Compulsive Disorders, anxiety, trauma, and grief. He also enjoys couples therapy, vocational counseling, and pastoral counseling with clients of faith.
Robert applies Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and a solutions-focused approach to facilitate emotional growth. Focusing on client needs and enhancing personal strengths is most important in helping clients feel more intentional and grounded in their lives. Through a collaborative approach, Robert provides clients with a safe place to tell their stories, heal, and develop a renewed sense of purpose.
